Here at Combo Camps we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel. This policy sets out the options available to you across our Club, Weekly and Daily camp programs, along with the notice periods and any fees that apply.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@combocamps.com to be considered valid. Please include your child’s full name and the type and date of the camp you wish to cancel. A cancellation fee of $20.00 applies to each cancellation.
Each camp booking includes up to 3 modifications. For any changes beyond those, a $15.00 administrative fee will apply.
Club Membership
Cancelling your Club Membership
- If you no longer wish to join us for our season-long program, you may cancel your Club Membership and receive a full refund if we receive at least 10 days notice before the start of the Season.*
- We offer Camp credit for a full cancellation if we receive at least 72 hours notice before the start of the Season.*
- We are unable to offer any refund or credit once the Season has begun.
Cancelling a single Club Day
- Once the Season has begun, if you need to cancel a session and do so with 72 hours notice, you may be eligible for a Makeup Day. Makeup Days help you manage unforeseen circumstances and can be scheduled for any day that Camp is open (subject to availability).
- You can take advantage of up to 3 Makeup Days per Season. These must be used by the end of the Season.**
- No credits or refunds will be issued for a cancelled Club Day, or for Makeup Days that are not rescheduled by the end of the Season.**
Weekly Camps
Cancelling your Weekly Program
- If you no longer wish to join us for your week-long camp, you may cancel and receive a full refund if we receive at least 10 days notice before the first day of your camp.
- We offer Camp credit for a full cancellation if we receive at least 72 hours notice before the first day of your program.
- We are unable to offer any refund or credit for the Weekly Camp once the program has begun.
Cancelling a single day of your Weekly Program
- No credits or refunds will be issued for a single cancelled day of a week-long camp.
Daily Drop-Ins
Cancelling your Daily Drop-In
- If you no longer wish to join us, you may cancel your Daily Drop-In and receive a full refund if we receive at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled session.
Extenuating circumstances
We understand that cancelling with late notice is sometimes unavoidable, which is why we recommend contacting us directly to discuss extenuating circumstances. Please email info@combocamps.com or phone us on 778-793-9199. Cancellations or credits extended due to extenuating circumstances may be charged a $15.00 administrative fee.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to cancel a camp up to 48 hours prior to the start date in the event there are insufficient numbers. Camps run with a minimum of three children per instructor. If a camp is chosen to run with fewer than three children, prices may vary accordingly.
*The Summer 2026 Season start date is June 15th, 2026.
**The Summer 2026 Season end date is August 28th, 2026.
